Psychological Functional Assessments
For Adults
We offer comprehensive psychological assessments for adults to evaluate daily functioning across key life domains. These assessments are tailored for NDIS access, plan reassessment, or review of current supports.
Each assessment includes:
A structured clinical interview exploring the individual’s mental health history, daily living challenges, strengths, and goals
Review of relevant reports and collateral information from support workers, health professionals, and case managers
Use of standardised tools and adaptive behaviour measures to assess functioning across domains such as communication, social interaction, cognitive skills, emotional regulation, and independent living
A detailed, NDIS-aligned report providing a clear picture of the participant’s support needs and functional limitations in the context of their diagnosis
Our assessments are trauma-informed, respectful, and grounded in psychological expertise, ensuring that reports reflect both the complexity and individuality of each person’s lived experience.
Psychological Functional Assessment

A detailed written report that clearly outlines the child’s current level of functioning and recommended supports
All reports are written in line with NDIS criteria and highlight the individual’s needs in the context of everyday life, ensuring families and professionals have the evidence required to secure meaningful supports.
